Whitewater Therapeutic and Recreational Riding Association hosts a variety of events each year. Annual events include:
- Dale Ackerman Memorial Stick Horse Rodeo/Rendezvous
- Rich Rodgers Memorial Ride
- Family Fall Frolic Horse Show series
- Cowboy Ball
WTRRA has also hosted a all male beauty pageant and is planning a family fun spaghetti dinner and barn dance in June 2012.
WTRRA values family and community and strives to provide a variety of events and activities that include families with or without equines.
WTRRA 4-H program provides integration opportunities for youth at risk and with disabilities. Participants use WTRRA horses or those loaned by Jeff and Katie Cooper.
WTRRA participates in Lemhi and Custer county events, including parades, horse shows, city recreational programs, fairs, family fun nights and school programs when possible.
