WTRRA partners with a equine 4-H program to provide transition and integration opportunities for youth who have successfully completed Kids and Horses or other WTRRA programs.
Typically, the youth uses a WTRRA horse in the transitional programs.
The Whitewater 4-H Club is directed by Katie Cooper, with help from several other project leaders. It is open to the community, but emphasis is placed on recruitment of students that have completed one of the other programs offered by the facility. The club meets year round, riding 1 to 2 times during the winter months and weekly during the spring and summer.
